The Executive Committee unites employees around the company’s strategic vision. It seeks to foster engagement and to reinforce our agility and ability to anticipate, with a view to improving business performance.
Members and objectives of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee has 10 members and is chaired by CEO Christopher Guérin. As the main decision-making body, it oversees the smooth running of management and takes the company closer to our markets and customers. It also oversees aspects relating to operational execution and the need for an international management team. To this end, the Executive Committee defines the Group’s strategy and organization, and allocates resources.
