Nexans completes sale of its Telecom Systems business, Aginode, to Syntagma Capital

Nexans announces today the completion of the sale of its Telecom Systems business, rebranded to Aginode, to Syntagma Capital, a Belgium-based private equity fund.

This transaction marks a final step in Nexans’ exit from the telecom and data activity in line with its strategy to simplify its activities to amplify its impact in Electrification markets.
